On-Line/By Phone Bariatric Psych Eval

Has anyone ever heard of an online bariatric psych eval service, bariatricpsychevaluations.com? Interesting

I used it because I was self pay and was trying to keep my costs as low as possible.

It involved completing a long survey and then a phone call to go over the answers. I was initially thrown off because her opening question for me was , "tell me why you're obese."

It was a perfectly fine experience, especially since I wasn't really looking for a long drawn out process. I was trying to meet the requirements quickly and I expensively.
