I use the multivitamin patch from patch md. Just had lab results drawn and my NUT says they are ok to use. Unfortunately, while my iron levels are good, the iron binding results showed Not enough was binding so I have to take iron and vitamin c.

My order from Patch MD came today. It'll be nice to stop the multivitamin gummies as they had some carbohydrates. Will report back!

How have you felt while using the patches?

I haven't felt much change in terms of my energy levels, but my skin is RADIANT. Nothing else has changed so it has to be the Patches. Very easy to apply, too.
