Name of bariatric book?

Hi all~

I read somewhere in one of these threads about an exceptional read for bypass surgery and I cannot remember the name of the book or thread I read it in. Some of you mentioned it's so good you've read it more than once. Can someone help with he name/ author of the book? Thanks, WLS peeps!????
