2 week pre op diet need some advice?

So I was told I need to do a lean meal and 2 protein shakes for 2 weeks. I work 330-midnight and I wake up normal around 9-10am. Any advice on a schedule I should do this. Starting this Saturday

Wow - you're only allowed one meal?! Our program has us eating or drinking protein shakes every 2-3 hours, so 5-6 times a day! We're only allowed 2 oz. per meal, though.

You're welcome and good luck

That's great news.

I've lost 15 pounds since I went for my first appointment on 4/22/15. Ten pounds are from the pre-op diet surgery scheduled for Thursday.

@tcon....good luck. I'm scheduled for Thursday as well!

Good luck to you too!!!! Preparing now. ????

Thanks @@tcon! I'm scheduled for 10:45 tomorrow....yikes can't believe it's so close.

You're welcome!!! Please let me know how you're doing after surgery.
