Salt Lake City seeking LB Buddy

I'm 28, getting band on 7/29/15! I'd love someone to talk to when I'm feeling tempted to cheat, discuss food plans, get to know someone who understands our struggle!! I weighed 230.2 at 5'1". I'm on pre op diet and currently weight 226.4! I'm hoping to get to 222.0 by next Thursday. We'll see! Let's get to talking!

I'm so proud you are getting to go through this experience. You are a young woman and this will give you so much confidence in yourself while on this lap band. I still find myself going in the big girl sizes and after four years I am down 130 pounds. I could have lost more faster but I will tell you I ate what I wanted just not as much, I never kept a food journal and I have trouble with the not drinking and eating at the same time. There are so many rules I broke I wish I could do over and have done right. Try to stick to the plan and you will do great!
