  1. Does anyone know where you can go that's not expensive to have skin removed.
  2. Hello I'm Debbie I was banded four years ago down 130 but it has been a struggle because I love to eat!
  3. I'm so proud you are getting to go through this experience. You are a young woman and this will give you so much confidence in yourself while on this lap band. I still find myself going in the big girl sizes and after four years I am down 130 pounds. I could have lost more faster but I will tell you I ate what I wanted just not as much, I never kept a food journal and I have trouble with the not drinking and eating at the same time. There are so many rules I broke I wish I could do over and have done right. Try to stick to the plan and you will do great!
  4. Well I had lap band surgery about four years ago. I have lost 130 pounds. But here lately I find myself craving sweets all the time and I have gained 10 to 15 pounds. I'm still in my size I ended up with but fear daily I will go back to my old ways. I don't want to be big again my health is too bad for that. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice. Is there something I can take along with the lap band to get things going.
