I was banded and unbanded all within 2 years. Waiting patiently to be sleeved in Mexico when finances look right. Looking to go with Dr Zavalza. Any advice or encouragement greatly appreciated.

Hi, I'm from right on the outskirts of Houston. My surgery is next month with Dr. Alvarez in Piedras Negras, right across the border from Eagle Pass. He's not the cheapest there is, but he is definitely the doctor in Mexico I have felt most comfortable with through all my research so I'm shelling out a little more. He also has a fantastic patient coordinator. Obviously I can't comment to how the process goes just yet from a first hand experience, but will be glad to share next month

Im in Fresno just outside of Houston...I was scheduled for 11/6/15 but I found affordable financing so I moved my surgery up to 8/21/2015...my dr is Elias Ortiz, but I went through A Lighter Me...I didn't know about biatricpal until afterwards, but im confident with my decision.
