August 10th

My surgery is August 10th and I am excited and scared all at the same time. I am already doing two protein shakes a day and eating dinner. And go to the gym 4 days a week.

Hi I had my surgery on 8/18. I'm feeling great the only thing is I feel nauseous after I eat. I was wondering if you feel that too

I had my surgery 8/17 and yes I have gotten nauseous after I eat a few times. It's usually because I ate too fast or too big of a bite. Slow Small bites is the key for me.
