Any Early August Surgeries?

I got my surgery date today for Aug 6th for my gastric bypass!!! I'm very excited. I'm 26, 5'9" and 358lbs... I really hope to get to my goal weight of 180lbs. Anything lower would be awesome! Am I being unrealistic about my goal weight?.. It sounds impossible.
