Charlotte here, i am with southeast bariatrics and so far so good. I have all my appointments scheduled in the next 4 weeks; psych. July 20, NUT july 30, egd aug 12 and excercise aug 13. I had my cardio last week. I feel like everything is going so quick specially that my insurance doesnt require a diet.

Am in NC getting sleeved hopefully in November. Dr. Bruce with Bariatric Specialists is surgeon. Have to do 6 months pre op diet beforehand. I've completed psych, ultrasound, chest X-ray, 1 nutrition group, sleep study, and 2 monthly appts so far.

Process has been fairly easy. I started my pre-op diet last week. He required 1 week of 2 shakes, 2 crisp Snacks and 1 lean and green meal. On Wednesday I'll start 5 liquid shakes until the day before my surgery on July 30th. Good luck!!!
