I'm wanting gastric sleeve surgery and have done so much research online and watched numerous videos. I love the videos. Problem is I have to wait until July 17th just to go to the weight loss surgery orientation class even before my PCP will refer me to the bariatric group. It's killing me to wait. In the meantime, I have gone off soda, coffee/caffeine for several weeks now. I bought a new Water bottle and I'm practicing getting my 64 oz of water in and not drinking from straws. I really have the urge to start back at the gym but I want to make sure I'm in the bariatric program before I start to lose weight. Is that dumb thinking? I'm at a 45 BMI now and I don't think going to the gym will really make me go down to under 40 that soon. I just want to make sure I'm approved to be in the program. I'm so bummed I have to wait until July 17th, then I will email my doctor to tell her I went to class, then she will refer to bariatric program. No other classes are available at my hospital until then. I also ordered the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury starter pack to try the different Protein powders and just bought myself some Centrum chewable Vitamins. Since I have to wait to get started, is there anything else I should be doing? Ugh, waiting is hard!
