  1. surgery went great my surgeon found I had a hernia but didn't repair it. He said if it bothers me 6 months to a year then I can get it repair. But very little pain just had nausea yesterday and last night. I'm already at home.
  2. What's your diet the day before? My surgery is tomorrow also. eat we have a meal plan that's 1200 cal by 6pm (just finished) and nothing but clear liquids until midnight. After that nothing lol.Lucky girl!!!! ????mine was yesterday too. I didn't have a liver shrinking diet either. Just eat whatever til Sunday night then it was clear liquids til midnight and then nothing at all. The surgery was surprisingly not so bad! I don't even have any real pain except from a super dry throat! that is my problem is my throat and a little pain in my belly but about to get meds for thst

  6. That's good @@rena! My sister has surgery 2 years ago and Dr. Baggs was her surgeon she raved about him and his bedside manner. Plus I did research on him before I found out I had him. He is great!
  7. I'm great. Got my 3 month post op appointment in a few weeks I feel back to normal now. Monday is a few days away how exciting!!! Who is your surgeon? Dr. Baggs is my surgeon

  13. my surgeon also does surgeries for Kaiser in Denver. I wonder if that means there's a chance I won't have a liquid diet too? What's it like? Just super low carb and sugar free?Here at kaiser in California, we have a 1200 calorie meal plan that's low carb and no sugar. We cannot drink protein shakes either
  14. I'm having my surgery at kaiser and we start with a pre op meal plan that we have to follow up until surgery. We have no liquid diet.
