A year, an entire year that I've officially been on this journey, and a few more years unofficially before that.

And today finally, I got my surgery date!

July 29th (of this year even, I checked)!

I've congratulated so many people upon getting theirs that it almost feels surreal to have my own.

Congratulations! I know the feeling.. It took me a year too and I just had my surgery 4 days ago! Your day will be here before you know it. I wish you all the best!!
