So I am 2 months post op, HW 324 SW 304, I am 257 as of this morning, losing 67 lbs. so I have been following the diet and I do really good one week and lose 5 lbs then the following if I lose a whole lb I am doing good. That was last week. So Between Friday morning and Monday morning I lost 5 lbs. I did nothing different and was even bad and had a bit of cream off my son's piece cake. I have been keeping an average 75 g of protein, most days it's more than that. My caloric intake is right at 900 daily. On the weekends I am a little more active, I don't count I just eat if I'm hungry. I stop eating after I feel like I can feel food in my pouch. I'm just wondering if maybe during the week I'm eating but not enough calories. It just boggles me how my weight loss fluctuates. I know everyone is different, but still causes confusion in my head.
