PHCS-Allied anyone ever heard of them

I'm done w all my prerequisites since June4 Thursday waiting to here from surgeons nurse a date as to when.

I wonder if I can call the insurance and ask them what's the status ..

PHCS (Private HealthCare Systems) was bought out by Multiplan years ago. They kept the name for some of their products.

Yes I have been calling come to find out they reinstated the insurance only for my hubby n daughter NOT ME
