Stomach pains coming and going 4 days post op

I began having these rolling stomach pains this morning while lying in bed. Felt like a hunger pain but it just comes and last about 5-6 seconds and goes and will come back around again every 3-5 minutes. I drunk a Protein shake it seemed to go away but now its back again so I drunk Water and ate a SF fruit popsicle which did not stop the pains. I took my citrical Vitamins with my Protein Shake this morning. Took my Multi Vitamin last night. I am trying to eat every 2 hours I know I can do better which I am in the process of scheduling now. Just started to pass the gas today doesn't feel like number 2 business.

I am walking around the house. The scar hurts really bad so I have to hold it to walk and I am bent over so I didn't want to have the neighbors alarmed at my handicap walking unnecessarily.
