Yes I'm happy for the 10 lbs but it just seems like everyone else is losing so much more, I'm just wondering if the low calories I'm taking in are affecting my progress

Nine days out and feeling great! I've developed an aversion to sweet things (which is good in the long run I guess), but it's definitely making drinking Protein Shakes difficult. Also lots of tiredness/lack of energy. But other than that I feel good, it's been a smooth recovery. :)

I was sleeved on 7/27 and I'm down 18 lbs. I average about 350-400 calories a day and I'm still on full liquids. I am eagerly counting down to Tuesday when I can start purées. Right now I am gagging my shakes down! I have so many wonderful things planned for purées. I just can't wait to taste food again!

Will be 4 weeks on the 21. So far I'm down 42 pounds. 20 from my 2 week preop diet, 22 since surgery. I haven't been at 226 since maybe 2008. Currently wearing a pair of shorts that I haven't worn since we went to Walt Disney World in 2010.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
