BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIEL TENNESSEE

Does anyone out the have bcbstn? I am wondering if the precert that my Dr. Signs with the 5 year weight history is all I need to send in for approval. I was told I needed Dr's notes to support the history but I spoke with Blue Cross and they said the precert is all I need. Anyone know for sure? Please Help!!

    I had to send in a psychiatric evaluation, proof of attending nutrition class, exercise evaluation along with any medical conditions related to my weight. Was sent in on a Monday had a approval by Wednesday. I have bluecare (Tenncare).
