New to the site and lap band

Hi Everyone - just recently joined - have been reading posts for a while though. Hoping to get the lap band in September - have an appointment with the surgeon in 2 weeks. Anyone here from NYC?

    Not NYC, but close by in CT. I saw the surgeon May 31st and have completed appts. with Psych. and Dietitian. Hope to be banded in August.
