I had my 2nd fill yesterday...2.5 cc now in a 10 cc band. I felt a little restriction with my 1st fill for a day or two but that was about it. I haven't felt any change with this 2nd fill. I know it can take a few more fills to feel good restriction...I am just venting. I feel better now that I let it out.

vent away - i might have been odd man out, but i had to have 8 fills (8.5ccs) before i got restriction.....it was a LONG wait, so i understand!!

yesterday -

b- slice cin/raisin toast w/butter & skinny latte

l- 4 chicken potstickers

s- 1.5oz smoked gouda w/handful of wheat thins

d- 1c chicken chilli (loved it thanks for the recp)

No, Luluc, You are not alone. It took me 8 fills also. I think I'm okay now but, I'm beginning to want more to eat. If I'm doing cardio and strentgh training, do you think I need to up my Protein intake? I noticed that you mention on a post that you drink a Protein Drink before (or after, I forget) going to the gym.

By the way, how did you like the target potstickers?

I'm going to try Blooz's meatballs and TrueDiva's "muffins this weekend.

i've had to have 2 unfills & might go for a third so i can eat more (currently at 7.2ccs). my trainer puts me through the ringer, and i've added a protein drink before our workouts to have extra "umph". i'm just not getting enough calories, i think. just when i think i'm at restriction - i get tighter.:crying:

the target potstickers are pretty good, i'll keep them in stock.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
