Today :

Breakfast and lunch given to the staff at school

B- 3 bites scrambled eggs & 2 slices of bacon

L- 2 oz. luncheon meat (from a sub sandwich) 3 Cookies, & 1 small bag of cheetos

S- 3 cookies

D-?? will probably have a hamburger patty, spinach and a baked sweet potato

l...cup of jambalaya

s...100 calorie pack crisp and ooppsss..a nutty buddy..bad girl

s...undecided....maybe a pork chop and some steamed carrots

Snack ~ 1oz Beef Jerky

Lunch ~ 2.5oz Leftover "Amazing Beef"

Snack ~ 2 T Skippy Roasted Honey Nut PB

Snack ~ 1.5 C Jolly Time Butterlicious Light Popcorn

Dinner ~ 2 Fried eggs topped w/ 2 T Cream Cheese

B - EAS Carb Control Dark chocolate shake

L - 2 bites of sloppy joe meat, 1/4c salad toppings & 1tbs bday cake (we had staff bday lunch at work)

S - 1 piece Jerky & Dannon yogurt drink

D - 1/4 grilled cheese & 1/4c Tomato Soup

S - slim a bear ice cream

yesterday i ended up eating lots of carbs (a bagel to be exact--3/4 of one):mellow::thumbup:

I also wanted choc. chip Cookies last night, but i didn't do it!! yay, a little success.

Today i'm back on track...can't wait for my fill on tomorrow.

b: chai tea latte, fruit cup

l: ordering a small cream of broc. Soup from the deli

d: i'm making a low fat potato/veggie soup. i know it doesn't have tons of Protein, but i might add some lean ham. who knows..i'm making it up and i'll let ya know how it turns out:laugh:

Snacks and lunch given to school staff. We are being In-Serviced to death, but we do get to eat free.:thumbup: Last day!!!!

School starts Monday

Today

B- too tight this morning, so only a few bites of cottage cheese w/yogurt

S- 100 calorie chez-it

L- fajita's (2 strips-chicken, 4 strips-beef), no tortilla, 1 tsp. sour cream, 1 tsp. Pico de Gallo, 2 T. gaucamole, 1 tsp. shredded cheese, 1tsp. refried Beans, salsa, and more chips than I care to say:cursing:

S- those darn 100 calorie chez-it

D-2 oz baked fish and 2 oz baked sweet potato

D-Other 1/2 of lunch

s-8oz Mango iced tea

S - 1/2c Total Cranberry Crunch Cereal (dry)

L - 4oz angel chicken

D - 3/4 turkey taco, 2 tbs Spanish rice with salsa and 1/4c refried Beans

S - 1oz honey roasted cashews

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
      Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

      Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

      Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
