I am consuming to much food. small portions, but way to much. I seem to have lost my way. Please help me get back on track.

Last nigjht I started out good, I had 1/2 filet catfish and spinage. Then at 10pm I did the unthinkable. I ate a FRIED chicken leg and FRIED OKARA!! AND 1/2 OF A BISCUT!!...

I think I may be suffering from mental hunger. How can i get back on tarack, before the weight gets back on me. I am 5lbs from my 100lbs mark.

PLEASE HELP ME!

i think head hunger is one thing - true hunger another. if your meals are not keeping you full; you may want to re-evaluate them.....if it's your head - set rules for yourself. allow for Snacks - but make them healthy. set a time you no longer eat after - for me i try not to eat past 7pm.

btw - fried okra sounds so good right now..; good luck

One thing to consider. My doc said to me, "If you can eat bread, you're not tight enough!" Sounds like, if you can eat a biscuit, maybe a fill would help?

hey luluc, thanks for the advice. You are in Dallas metroplex.. who was you surgeon?

frank felts

i also agree w/suzanneg, i don't think i could handle a biscut - the only bread i can do is peperidge farm thin slice whole wheat, and it needs to be toasted.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
