L - Left over antipasto salad and a few bites of gnocchi

S - Watermelon

D - 1 turkey burger with ketchup, mustard, mayo & pickle relish. No bun. It's from Trader Joe's and it's GOOD!

Today ... the day before Labor Day

We took our son to a party his age :thumbup:.

It was   Two hours away

So :sneaky: I took a big Thermos (1 and 1/2 liter) filled with ice and then added a special shake with 5 servings of shake powder, some powdered skim milk and aqua and some crushed ice cubes..

and the remainder that did not fit inside 4 ounces was my breakfast

sitting in the car :bored: :bored: pulled out a crochet project ...so that was snack BUT it is 2 hours in the car passing the city :mad2: :mad2: so I shaked the thermos and had some shake   snack

The DH is driving, the DS is texting w/ipod in ears

Get to destination DS sees :w00t: GIRLS :w00t: and out of the car and give jewels lol ipod to me

The DH says gotta eat, gave him his food and one glass of my great shake

ME............. 4 ounces of shake :tt2: to him and that was lunch

Now, we go to find costco, and DH being a MAN decides that his idea is better than AAA instructions ONE HOUR AND A HALF for an eight mile distance :scared2:v:lol:

Finally we get to Costco,, and had just a piece of cheese ..snack... that they offered and the rest of the other samples put into my cart for DH who hates to walk ... left him by a food sampler and said i would be back  and :thumbup:ran up and down with cart (:eek:exercise:eek:) :tt1: :smile2:

Go to car and give husband his meal and i took one bite of it (ugh)

Now we go back to get DS :w00t:  :w00t:

Fill up a glass of shake for DH for the road :crying: :crying:

and I have only 4 ounces of my diluted shake (melted ice) and sipped it all the way home

I grabbed the good snack bag and threw a backhand 2 Snacks for DS ...with  Girls  around  DS eats very little ... he has to be :cool2:

Had an evening snack of one piece ( 1 inch by 1 inch) of fish with fat free amer cheese melted ontop   while :tt2: :tt2: DH has grilled cheese and fish that I had but much more..thats what he wanted

    My butttttttt is shrinking

So today was a successful day

for the son :w00t: :w00t: Girls :w00t: :w00t:

for the husband   Food

for me  No more :tt2: :tt2: :tt2: :tt2: smaller moon following me (butt)

Remember tomorrow is Labor Day and enjoy!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
