Thanks everyone for your condolences and prayers! You guys are the best.

I love to cook, so I'll keep the recipes coming. I still enjoy it eventhough I can only eat about 1/2 cup of it. That's why I don't waste my 1/2 cup on anything I don't enjoy eating.

yesterday

b-cookies and cream muscle milk

l-small chili from wendy's (did not stay down, I guess it's too chunky)

d- 1/2 of a salmon burger wrapped in lettuce topped with lemon dill yogurt sauce

exercise--1 hr at the gym

**Slim, try the cioppino, if you like seafood, you'll love it

How much did you get? (the 1cc you wanted?)

I got .1cc (not a typo, really .1). I can't believe how much difference that drop of Fluid makes. It's kicking my butt! I got .2cc in May and had to have half taken out, so I was afraid to get more than .1cc. It feels a little tighter than I'd like at this point but I can get things down as long as I'm careful. I'm not enjoying the discomfort of being so tight. On the bright side the scale is rapidly moving down!! :smile2:

Today....

B – Protein latte

L – 1/2 C. cottage cheese, 2 wedges laughing cow light spread on 3 wafer thin crispbread slices (20 cal each).

S – 1/4 C. FF Greek Yogurt with tiny squirt of honey

D – 2oz tuna steak, ¼ C green Beans, 2 bites roast potatoes

I've been told that as we drop weight, our band becomes loose and that's why we may need the fill. With your current weight lose (good job!), this fill could be it, maybe the sweet spot!

I still think I could use just a bit more. We'll see on the 15th if I get more or not.

Still no headaches.

As far as shirt tucking, I've never been a shirt tucker. It's funny how pictures will show us things we never see in the mirror. I sometimes think I look pretty good until I see a picture, lol.

Great news on the headaches! Tucking; oh my, I still can't believe what I saw and so ture, the camera never lies. A capture in time can tell a million stories,,,and mine was not a nice story :D

Today was a :smile2:  day

Just loved the look of your post. It made me think, smile and laugh as I read it.

My day started out like that too!

Never really got back on track.

chips, Cookies, and a real soda (haven't had one of those in months).

dinner was ok; leftovers- a Hamburger Helper.

I hope that by the weekend I'll be better. I will be doing MY grocery shopping and getting my foods back in order. I find that I become lazy when I start getting low on my own groceries.

School starts next week too. I hope this will help me, won't have to feed all the kids all day long.

Need to get control again!

Sorry I'm going on an on, I need to voice it, hear it, own it and learn from it.

Thank you everyone for being there!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...
