haven't been around in a few months.... Not doing super hot. Not gaining but not loosing. I haven't been watching what I'm eating AT ALL!!!! I've been eating some pretty crappy stuff too. For some reason I went carb crazy! I kept reading how some people's Doc's had told them some bread was ok so forth. My Doc FORBID It!! but after time it made me crazy to be forbidden, so anyhow I had some here and there and didn't have an issue with it so now I've become FAR too comfortableeating them! Sandwiche's Bagles!! yikes! Like I said I'm not gaining but I'm wondering if I'm doing damage to my band? I can eat far more than I think I should be able to. I can eat an entire sandwich or bagle and not even feel full! my husband and I ate dinner last night he ate half of what I had and said he was stuffed. Umm who has the band??

I did self pay for my band and my covered year is up so I haven't had a fill in quite sometime. But in Jan at my last visit I did a fluor and my nurse said my band was as tight as she'd let me have it. I'm just feeling like a failure right now because I'm not working my band. Before I 'fell off the wagon' a few months ago I was working out 5days a week and doing well with my food and wasn't loosing. I got frusterated at my lul and when life got busy with trips, graduations so forth I just went on a free for all. anyhow I'd like some advice on how I'm able to eat some much- anyone else like this? BTW I rarely have pain or vomiting when I eat things "i shouldn't"

oh and I don't have a cute little counter but I was banded 1/15/08 and I'm down about 80lbs

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
