i sort of made mine up with leftovers. it was delicious.

2 cups of left over steak cut up

2 cubed green peppers

1 cubed onion

1 Tbsp. dried minced garlic

1/2 sour cream

1 can of cream of mushroom Soup

1 cup mozzarella or provolone cheese (shredded)

saute green peppers and onion until soft. add cooked steak and heat through. stir in garlic. stir in sour cream and soup and heat through. pour into 13x9 dish and sprinkle top with cheese.

bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

mine turned out a little soupy but i liked it that way. i would say if you wanted it to be thicker omit the sour cream or add al dente Pasta if you can eat it.

My first day on full liquids!!! OMG....who ever thought that Cream of Wheat could taste so good!!! My husband made me some early this morning and put in some banana and a bit of Skim milk. It was not real watery and had a little consistancy to it. That first taste was the best thing I have tasted in 6 days!!!

Then later I had a Protein Shake with 1/2 frozen banana, 2 frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, 8 oz. skim milk, 1 scoop vanilla Protein mix and ice cubes. Blended them all together and sipped that. My husband drank a full glass of it and I could only drink about 1/2 glass.

Later I plan on having some pureed Soup don't know what kind yet. My husband is picking it up at Panara's bread Company.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
