1/4 cup of Kashi Go Lean Cereal (50cals)

5.3oz (one cup) of Oikos Greek Yogurt - plain flavor (80cals)

one small cup of Del Monte No Sugar Added peaches (25cals)

Mix together and enjoy!!! 155cals of deliciousness!

s: 100 cal pack of pnut butter cheese crackers

D: nachos - baked tostitos, about 2 oz ground beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, salsa, spoonful of sourcream :(

s: 3/4 of a hershey bar - that was the last one so i shouldnt have this problem anymore!

d: probably a lean cuisine or something. 360 cal max

Total Cal= 920

Gym: WELL i'm kinda proud to say that yesterday for the very first time in my life (even from when i was thin) i walked 7.5 miles (took 2 and half hours) to prep for my 10k walk this weekend. YAY!!! I feel so much better about the charity event now....

That being said- my feet burn. lol. bad. i'll probably do a light workout indoors today.

hi luluc...just curious...do you leave the skin on the cucumbers? I read somewhere that bandsters should take the skin off some fruits and veggies but I know the skin holds the nutrients on some things. I was just wondering because I bought some hummus and wanted to try it with cucumbers...I usually eat it with pita chips or pretzel chips. I figure there'd be less cals with a cucumber.

Thanks!

i peel about half the skin away - can get a bit too waxy w/it all on.

Thanks for this recipe for the ricotta bake. Even though it took me a couple weeks to try it was really good. The ricotta part of my bake was a little bland. any resolution for that? even if not i got to eat my bake while my family had spaghetti. :) I was a happy camper.

You seem to have really taken to lean cuisines? they must be making them better than the last time i tried them. any recommendations for good ones?

b- 1 scrambled egg

l - 6 oz yogurt

s - ww crackers with light cream cheese

d - ricotta bake :)

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
