YESTERDAY:

B: couple bites cream of wheat, grande skinny vanilla latte

S: 3/4 slice banana bread w/ maple butter  (making for neighbors)

L: 1/3 c. hummus w/ assorted veggies(red pepper, snap peas, baby carrots)

S: babybel cheese, veggie straws

D: 3/4 c. roasted red pepper Soup

S: Peanut Butter lowfat frozen yogurt

So yes i have been snacking the last few days and frozen yogurt has been involved (and I realized I never posted saturday's food which there was 1.5 beers and 5 fried mushrooms) but nothing to explain how since friday I have gained back the 5 lbs I lost since my small unfill on monday. I am fully aware of how Fluid shifts drastically in us - but seriously? Sooo - I'm going to hit it hard working out this week and go back to my post-fill liquid/soft diet for several days.

I made my 2 favorite pureed Soups (roasted red pepper and garden broccoli) so my freezer is stocked.

I don't think I would ordinarily be so obsessed with a few lb. swing but before the 5lb regain - I had actually hit my 1st goal below and was 2 lbs away from the 2nd

Today is one of my long days - I'll post later tonight at work what I ate.

Just had my first fill last week and things seem to be going well. Of course I feel I'm eating a huge amount compared to many of you, but the scale is moving so all's right in my world!

Here's what I'm eating today:

b: 1 small egg bake square, 1/2 banana

l: 4 meatballs, 1/4 c. broccoli

d: will be salmon and carrots

s: Decaf skinny vanilla latte (coffee night with friends)

For the most part I've quit weighing and measuring my foods. I was obsessing over my food journal so I'm just trying to use a lunch plate for my meals and take small portions. When my weight loss slow down I'll probably have to be more accurate , til then I'm just trying to eat healthier, and less.

bambam-As you get more restriction, you will see your portion sizes go down. I wouldn't worry about it right now though.

I have been a little discouraged since I have been trying to lose 3 lbs for the last two weeks and they won't come off. I don't think I am eating too crazy. I am drinking Water and exercising so I dont know what the problem is...

Yesterday:

B: Slim Fast Low Carb shake

s:100 calorie pack Peanut Butter crackers and a strawbery peach smoothie from planet smoothie (about 8oz of it)

L: Had Japanese Hibachi - some chicken, veggies, and a couple shrimp...didn't touch the rice! yay me!

s:100 calorie cinnamon struesel coffe cakes

D: couple of boiled cubed potates some green Beans and a little piece of flank steak.

ok...that was a little out of control yesterday but that's because I was depressed. I really need to control this emotional eating...I though I had it under control but obviously not.

Workout: walked for an hour and 10 mins elliptical

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
