Luluc - Thank you so much! Although I know I have made a lot of progress - I think the latest picture deceptively shows me looking a little smaller than I am - but I'll take it.

San Diego Mom - Been thinking about you - how is it going?

Today:

B: mocha malted cheesecake Protein shake

S: trail mix

L: cheese and crackers

S: 1/2 small bag movie popcorn (w/ butter)

D: about to have leftovers from dinner last night - chicken parmesan

I have also hit a plateau. I have lost 115 lbs.since March 08. But I have started excercising to try an get off this plateau. I am getting my band filled on Thursday . It has been since November since I had it filled.

Went to have an unfill today - they took out all they put in last week...immediately felt better. Seriously being too tight SUCKS. They recommend I go back in a couple of weeks for a fill if I need it.

KCMAGU & LULUC - thanks for thinking of me!

KC - How was the party? Call me lame but where are the pics?

B - nothing - as I had a unfill scheduled

L - Pure Protein Shake

D - pudding 60 calorie and pure Protein shake

S - oatmeal w/some Peanut Butter and a tad of jam...absolutely delicious since I haven't really eaten in 5 days.

Went to the gym today...did some moderately high cardio for 35 minutes.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
