Question to my veteran lap banders!

Received a 3 cc fill last Friday. Prior to that, I received a 1 cc fill at the end of September 2014--3 weeks after I was banded. Since Friday, I've lost another 6 pounds. Is 6 pounds in about a week normal with a more substantial fill? It must be said that I have RESTRICTION & feel I've found my "sweet spot". I've been using all my best practices & I just don't have the "space" for anything that simply isn't protein or vitamin rich. I'm working hard to get in my daily 60 grams of protein. Is something wrong or is this weight loss normal? I'm not complaining... Lol! Just want to know I have no reason for concern.

No. Totally abnormal!!!!! Enjoy it. Once the very early loss has gone, we do well to lose 2lbs a week. As long as you are getting a balanced diet, just enjoy this faster loss- it will slow down .

6 lbs is awesome. At this time you will experience a drop off of at least one to two pounds a week. If you get to the point where you stop losing that simply means you've reached a plateau. Very impressive weight loss by the way. Congratulations.
