I was banded on April 9th and have had one fill of 1cc. I'm eating more than I know I should but not anywhere what I use to.
I haven't lost a pound since my fill which was 4 weeks ago.
I hear people say they were *good* for 3 months and then haven't been since or they fell back into their old eating habits.
Why would that happen if they have the correct fill?
Does the *sweet spot fill* make you not hungry? So you can bypass those bad foods?
Seems like if you aren't losing weight and are still trying to eat within the rules you should have a fill...is this correct?
For those that have been banded over a year...Can you give me some insight?
