Having a rough couple of days with extreme nauseous

The last couple of days have been rough for me. The Vitamins are killing me. I have never been able to take them because they always make me sick. I have the Flinstones chewables, which are making me quite ill because I can't handle the taste. Then I purchased the Centrum pills and when I swallow those they just make me even more sick. I have tried splitting them up and taking them later, but I think taking them with 2tbs of food is not helping. Any other suggestions?

Sorry you are feeling rough. I found that a couple tablespoons of cream of wheat (made with added Protein powder/dry powdered milk mix) taken five minutes before and then after taking a pill helped. My theory is that it primes the pouch a bit. Try this. I am switching from chewable Calcium because I can't stand the taste, the multi Vitamin is a pill.
