Swollen Feet 5 days Post Op

I'm 5 days post op and my feet are starting to swell really bad. Does this mean I need to drink more water? Or do I need to move around more? It's the weekend, my doctors not available and I'm getting concerned.

Probably both. You may be retaining fluid from the IV. Being more active may get that moving and regardless of the fluid you are retaining you still need to drink fluids and water to prevent dehydration. Your doctor's should have an on call number. If you are seriously concerned you can go to the ER. Better safe than sorry.
