yea! you did it! this is easy to find!

This was easy to find so I hope all the aMAYzing bandsters can find it and switch over. It might take a while but eventually they will find it. It's the old 'if you build it they will come' thing.

I am eating everything I'm not supposed to because I can. i'm four weeks post op with no fill yet. I was supposed to go in Monday for my first but when they found out I was leaving town on Tuesday they decided to make me wait till i get back. I'm going home for a family reunion with lot's of food because we all know that is what families do . . . . they eat! I need a quick kick in the pants to get back on the program, especially since it's strawberry shortcake season.. . . . . . help!

Wenjea, my best advice for keeping you on the staight & narrow eating wise is to read the post about PBing and those who have slipped bands! If that doesn't frighten you in to eating according to the band rules nothing will!!! I am banded a few weeks ahead of you but I have no restriction at the moment and could eat my way through the refridgerator and I'm really struggling. Instead I come on here and read the horror stories - works for me and might for other who are struggling.

that definitely scares me- also as I'm self pay, there is no way I could afford a 2nd operation!

I'll officially be 4 weeks tomorrow and am going for a fill on Wed- I think I can advance my diet to regular stuff tomorrow - going to call the MD's office to be certain its ok to do it before being seen. I miss beef!

i received my first fill today. i was banded may 9th. i received 5cc and my band will hold 10. i am hoping that this will help with the hunger pains i have been having. i am ready for bandster hell to be over!
