Next time you grill some chicken or fish, make it a little more interesting by serving it with some springtime flavors. Mix strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, cilantro, onion, and lime juice to make a spring-like salsa. Add diced jalapenos for a little heat.

I agree... keep it interesting! My favorite way to do that is to go to http://www.pinterest.com and type in the keyword

recipe, followed by any country you can think of and see what comes up. I ignore the recipes for foods that are high carb or fried.
