Back in the hospital.

Hi everyone just spent another five days in the hospital after being 10 days post. I had an episode of very heavy bleeding with no pain and no fever. They were unable to detect where the bleeding started it lasted about three days and they did many tests and it just stopped now. The blood was coming from my rectum with no hemorrhoids noted. I have tried to research what this possibly could be and it does not appear to be a leak and the doctor discharged me. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this after surgery. The surgeon did a scope and also colonoscopy and all they found was some inflammation around the sleeve. any advice or any similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
