How do you stomach the milk of magnesia

Omg it's horrible. I even got the cherry flavor. First sip was okay. 2nd sip = gagging and spit it out in sink. 3rd+ plus I mixed with G2. (Can I even do that)?

I am desperate but man.... ????

sugar free Torani Syrup makes it more palatable. I add about 1/2 teaspoon.

  • I do it like a shot...then gargle with water ...my husband laughs at me when I have to take it cause I have to psych my self up to do it.

I know where you're coming from. I almost gag every time I've taken it! I just take a deep breath and try to gulp the whole thing as fast as possible. And I have a big glass of Crystal Light Lemonade sitting on the side to wash the taste out of my mouth. :-P

I literally only take it as a last resort. In fact I've done enemas before reaching for the milk of magnesia!

While I don't like enemas I will happily take one over milk of magnesia any day.
