Newbie, Sleeved 3/23

Hi everyone :D , just wanted to do an intro post. I had my sleeve 3/23 and it has been up and down since then, but I think I am mostly doing pretty good. Still unable to take in enough Water. When I do drink water, it is usually halved with apple juice, not good I know, but tolerable. My energy level is still not that great - is that normal at this point?? I am now eating soft foods and that makes me happy. I think that I am already getting tired of the Protein shakes though. Any suggestions there would be appreciated. My incisions are all healing well, and I only have slight pain on the left when I bend over, turn, roll, etc. Overall, I think I am doing well. My post-op appt is next week and I can hardly wait.

Try some GENEPRO (available on Amazon). It is a powder protein that you can put in Soup, milk, juice, yogurt, etc. It is 30 mg of protein in just one tablespoon.

The shakes do get old...

Isopure Zero Carb drinks are great! Alpine punch and Coconut are my favorites!
