5th day the worst for being tired

I'm kind of freaking out. I go to work tomorrow (only for three hours thank goodness) and this has been the worst day so far for being tired. I went to the grocery store and broke out in a sweat. My mind is in a fog. It's like I can barely function. I am drinking all my Water, Protein shakes, miso Soup. I even had some watered down apple juice thinking it may be low blood sugar that was causing the sweating. bleh!

Taking all my Vitamins. I really think I need to start the phase 2 pre-selected diet (yogurt, egg beaters, cottage cheese). I start day after tomorrow.
