Puréed foods already?

So my uncles wife just had sleeve surgery last Friday not yesterday the one before that so she is a week post op and at dinner today she's eating purred food and today isn't the first day she's eating purred food is this normal I was confused I should be having gastric bypass on the 22nd of April but she doesn't know that so I cudnt ask her if it was too soon? I guess my question is is it too soon for her to already be fully comfortable with purred foods?

Not if that's her doctor's instructions.

I had pureed foods on day 3 whilst still in hospital it seems each doctor is different and has different rules so just stick to whatever your told by your team :)

I had my surgery on the 16th, a few days before her. I just started purees. Each dr is different
