Any Bandsters between North Bay and Orillia?

I am looking for people in my area who have had the lap band. I had my surgery at Smartshape (SWLC) in Mississauga. They have a support group once a month but it is 3.5 hours away so I am not able to attend.

If anyone is in my area I would love to get together for coffee and maybe start a new support group up here. Dr Cobourn's office said he would pay for renting a venue for the group if needed.

    Also wanted to mention there is a very good bariatric support group in North Bay but they are all gastric bypass/sleeve and I find I have different issues than they do.
