My Journey(3yrsbanded)

Bon & raised in Long Island NY on August 17,1989. I've struggled with my weight most of my life. After being diagnose with type two diabetes in 2012 I knew that I neded to make a change and fast or my life would be over before it had even started. This hasn't been an easy journey but I'am truly blessed and greatful for how far I have come. I started off at 325 back in 2012 and now I'am 184 and still going. Last Thursday I received a tummy tuck and coming upon a week since I've had it.. I'm anxious to share my story & here from others

Congratulations on your long term success!! This is very encouraging to us who are new. I'm a year out and now that my weight loss has slowed and is harder to achieve, I like to hear from banders who have had long term success like you.

Thank you for posting!
