New job = new insurance... feeling frustrated

I just recently started a new... that I am very thankful for. Along with the job comes the new health insurance. I have several plans to choose from, but none of the cover bariatric surgery. I feel like I am being pinned into a corner and being forced to pay out of pocket (which I cant afford ouf of pocket). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
