I had to do 3 meals and 2 Snacks for weeks 2 thru 6 approx. You won't be able to eat much at a sitting so it's the only way to get all your Protein in. After that you'll be eating more solids and from there I went to 3 meals and mostly a late day snack if I needed to if I needed additional protein. That snack was a shake or Protein Bar.

Interesting. Yes, 3 meals, 2 snack. I still do this though. Again, not sure how else to get in my proteins. I'm not as good about the snacks but I try. It also keeps me from being too hungry later and eating too much.

It really is the only way to get all your protein in. I still eat 3 meals and two snacks. My meal portion size is between 1/2 cup and 3/4 depending on what I am eating.
