I have Cigna. I was originally denied but when I asked the reason, it was only because the hospital listed for the surgery was the the approved hospital. Fortunately, my surgeon practices at both hospitals so we re- submitted and it was approved. Keep us posted on how your peer to peer goes. I have seen other posts that were successful
