I dont know what time... maybe on Tuesday - but I don't know where the recovery house is... I'll have my phone - but that probably won't work.

You can find me on Facebook "susangoulding" then if I have wifi I'll have access.

@@Tonileigh, yes... Though it actually says Centro Medico Plaza. I peeked inside and it looks really clean and nice.

@@tnkrrbl ha.. I think that's my windshield (tho I swear that's not broken either). In real life it looks clean and well put together, I peeked inside and it looked very clean and new. (Yeah, I bet none of us will be feeling like shopping much, maybe family though if they tag along. There is a big pharmacy not far away, though you'd wanna take a taxi, to far too walk. There's a little one in the clinic too.

And by the way, I'm impressed the Dr called you... That's awesome!

Oh, ok... If I can maybe I'll stop by that day you have surgery, or next morning. That's so awesome your having it now. I'm very IMPATIENTLY waiting for June 12.

@@Popsicle530 This thread has nothing to do with Dr. Almanza... so I'm not really sure why you decided to post your rant in here. Maybe make a new thread altogether or post in one of the existing threads about Almanza?

I'm sorry, i realized this THREAD has nothing to do with Almanza in particular but it has to do with long term sleevers which I am, and i wanted to warn long termers that IF they experience weight gain... NOT to seek a 'resleeve' because it does not work. I would be happy to go into what I have now learned about how the previously sleeved stomach is in no way a candidate for another sleeve. IF anyone would care to know. I just want to prevent others from wasting their money and become as depressed as I am. I tried to deal with his staff but to no avail

@@tnkrrbl oh I would LOVE to, but being the people pleaser that I am, I asked my manager at work when would be the best time, and this was it. So now I have my sister flying in then too. But it's going to be great to see you're progress too one month ahead of me!!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
