I thought clear liquids means you can see through it. Many of the items here you can not see through. I'm so confused, and I have 4 more days of CLEAR Liquid Jello, Water, tea, popsycles, broth where is the Protein?

I know this is a mind game. Surgery tomorrow. 5/18/2015 I feel like I'm "failing myself" by having surgery. I also feel this way every time I lose 5 pounds and gain 10. I'm excited, I'm ready to move on, one more "try to do it myself" isn't going to make a difference it will just push back surgery. I know that in my heart. Never has why now? Did anyone else feel this way the day before surgery?
