Hi all tomorrow is my surgery pray for me ,I want to know have anyone tried Vlcd shakes after surgery , which vlcd Shake u used and how many calories it contained per day, how much weight have u lost from it and how long did u used it , and also I have a q did anyone reached to their below or to goal weight how did u done it please reply regards

I used the Slim Fast High Protein/Low Carb ready made shakes. Each shake has 20 grams Protein. Post Op I would pour 4 oz at a time and sip on it for the first week. Sometimes in addition to having it refrigerated I poured it over ice. Over the next two weeks I weaned off of shakes altogether.

Why pay extra for something that's advertised as VLCD when you can just drink Protein powder shakes? Really, Syntrax and Isopure are pretty tasty. Sure, if you have some VLCD shakes you need to use up, go for it, but at least while you're on clears I think most of them are going to be off limits.
