Plan, plan, plan! I need to figure out vitamins and protein shakes, look for wls recipes. I work out with a trainer once a week, do a bootcamp with coworkers once a week and will start yoga next week. I have cleaned out my closet of clothes that I know I won't fit into next season. I am staying busy! :)
