Sudden sharp pain at site of largest incision

So, I've been steadily feeling better since my sleeve surgery, then today I bent over to pick something up and felt an incredibly sharp pain in my left side. I am worried that I ripped open the incision internally. I can sit in relative comfort, but standing and walking are painful. It helps if I push in at the incision site when standing, if that makes sense. Will this go away by itself?

I see that no one has responded to this and it's been a few days. did you call your surgeon? What happened? that sounds like you pulled something.

I was in a lot of pain that first day, and it got better every day after. I was able to speak to the people in my doctor's office and they said I likely tore some scar tissue from the interior of my abdomen, but that it would heal itself in time. I was feeling so much better after my surgery, and I guess I just pushed myself too hard. Good news is that I can barely notice it today!

Exact thing happened to me. Over did myself to soon. Rested for 2 day and Wahlahhh I feel good as new.
